Who's Who At MetroStar
Clients and prospective clients like to know about our MetroStar Professional Team. Below are the backgrounds of each member of our team. Because many of our colleagues are still active in their respective professions, i.e., Law Enforcement or Corporate Security, with current agencies or corporations, we are bound by professional ethics to respect how and when we display their bio's. If our clients are interested in who these associates are, we will discuss this with our client personally.
Stephen M Wallach, President/CEO
Steve is a recognized security and safety professional with a combined 32 years experience in corporate management, finance, public safety, corporate security,disaster, and safety management. He had a 17-year career as a hospital administrator in the United States Air Force Medical Service and the private and governmental sector. His military service included a total of 21 years in the United States Air Force Reserve Medical Service Corps, until he retired as a Captain. He was Associate Director of the Lubbock County Hospital District, and had responsibility for the construction of a teaching hospital, development of the hospital’s operations, affiliated with the Texas Tech School of Medicine, and development of a county wide EMS system. While serving in public safety, his responsibilities included fire fighting, emergency medical services, investigations, crime prevention and training. He is President and CEO of MetroStar Resources, LLC, a company specializing in management and public safety analysis programs and concepts for community, business, and residential groups. He has authored several articles on Crime Prevention and speaks frequently to many community and Law Enforcement groups. He has taught Crime Prevention Courses for TCPA, ASIS, and programs at several Police Academies. He taught Hospitality Security and Law for a private school. He developed a major community crime prevention program for the Park Glen/PID6 residents in Fort Worth, Texas. His perspective on security and safety management encompasses experience as Director of Corporate Security and Safety for several large hotels and hospitals and his association with various professional organizations. He is a graduate of the initial classes of the Arlington Citizen Police and Fire Academies, and served as a board member of each Academy's Alumni Association. He was elected as a Life Member in TCPA, and has been a member for 25 years. He has been awarded Civilian Crime Prevention Practitioner of the Year by the Texas Chisholm Trail Region of TCPA. He holds professional memberships in several Law Enforcement, Fire, and Security organizations. He also serves his community on several non-profit organization boards of directors and served on the City Of Fort Worth Burglar Alarm Task Force. He is an active member of the Fort Worth Police Department’s Code Blue Patrol Unit. He is also certified as an instructor in the CERT Program. Steve has been twice recognized in Who's Who in America and the Southwest.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Economics from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He recently completed a 5 year term as Coordinator, Park Glen/PID6 Public Safety Group. He has completed many hundreds of hours of advanced training in his profession.

Consulting associates represent a cross section of current and retired Law Enforcement Officers, and current and retired Corporate Security Executives. We currently are reserving placing the names of our associates on this site until we insure that we are not compromising the current positions of our associates.
Our Law Enforcement Officers include current and retired Chief's of Police, current and retired supervisory officers, line officers, and current and retired Corporate Security Directors from many different areas. All associates possess college degrees ranging from bachelor's through PhD. Many possess advanced certifications in various areas.
